Repaired a broken wire on a DBV-200

It's ironic because I was just talking about this in another thread yesterday! lol
I get to work and there's a Bally 5500 ProSlot Out Of Order.
Apparently they hear something like a motor running and no bills are accepted.
There are no lights on the DBV and the stacker is going up and down non-stop!
I pull out the top stacking unit and DBV-200 head and bring it to my workbench.
Sure enough, there's a broken yellow wire on the 11-pin right side connector. hahahahaha!!!

So now we gotta get that receptor outta there!
Using something strong like an Awl, gently push down
on the tab and work it out.>>>

I don't need to tell you how tiny these receptor pins are.
We're photographing this through a magnifying desk lamp!!
I didn't have any spares so I gotta save this pin!>>>

Using my helping hands to hold the pin with the roach clip...lol
I apply a little Rosin Soldering Flux to both the pin and the newly stripped wire and
heat up some solder to both pieces at 700 degrees.

Now, I took a pair of small pliers and pushed the receptor pin back into the housing.
I stripped just a touch too much wire covering off and
I should of put a small piece of shrink wrap tubing onto it.
I will just wrap it with some electrical tape then
put some shrink wrap tubing on it later.
At least it really won't come in contact with any of the
cabinet metal because it's so bloody small and
mixed in with the other wiring!>>>

I threw the stacking unit back into the machine, re-installed
the DBV-200 and it's connectors and turned on the machine.
Here's a short clip of the connector back in and the DBV accepting a $20!
we're back in business!!!>>>
