I have a Bally E-2831 3 reel machine that has started to spit out coins at random.  I usually hear a slight "chatter" like a relay pulling in and out then it will start to spit out coins.  Sometimes it will only be a few coins but sometimes it will continue until I turn the machine off.   When I restart the machine later it will frequently resume spitting out coins.  I can also smell something getting hot.  Anyone got any ideas?
