Atronic Emotion CashFever Problem

Hi,

I have an problem with Atronic Emotion CashFever Angels & Devils.
When the machine payout coins from hopper they stop and write hopper empty.
The hopper is not empty and the game is freezed. In the left bottom corner is missed See Pays icon. The machine detect all opened and closed door.
When power off and then on the machine is possible enter the service menu, when close the door the service menu is not available anymore.
The only way to reset this fault is RAM reset, then the machine work again.

Anyone know becouse this error happen and any solution to resolve it?

We have this error on the machine every two or three months.
We change the commboard, mainboard.

We tend to have more home hobby slot owners here than actual casino techs on the NLG forums.  Since the game you're working on is fairly recent and still on a slot floor (I'm guessing) you may want to post what you posted here over at http://www.slottechforum.com/.  There are active casino techs on that site who are more likely to have encountered this problem and may be better able to give you a solution.

If you are part of a licenced casino, have you tried contacting Atronic directly to see if they can offer you assistance?

Did you try swapping the hopper, sounds like it could cause the fault.

Yes I try to change the hopper, hopperboard with another machine, the error is the same. All hopper in other machine work fine.
Only when perform RAM reset it work again.

It sounds like a software bug to me.

Do you have another Angles and Devils machine to test with?

I also suggest if you are a casino to contact Atronic as this issues does not sound hardware related.

mislim prema ovom sto pises da ti i na ovim masinama kao i na Aristokratu problem pravi Advansys ukoliko zelis mozes mi poslati mail pa cu ti reci gdje sam imao iste probleme i na kojim masinama. Mozda nebi bilo lose da pokusas da promjenis taj uredjaj koji oni nazivaju device. U mom slucaju problem sa Aristokratom je rjesilo koristenje suprotnog modula od onog koji su oni naveli (rs232/ TTL).
