I purchased a IGT S2000 and it is set up to be paid by the attendant every time you hit the cash out button and then you have to use the reset key to clear it. It has a quarter hopper in it and I would like to set it up for hopper pay. I think I have somewhat of an idea of what I need to do but I though I better post the question before I start messing around with it. Thank you!!

Your hopper limit is currently set to zero.  You need to cash out and clear all credits from the machine.  Open the door, press the white test button on the MPU to enter the menu on the LED.  Work your way through the menu to Options, then to Limits, and then to Hopper.  Increase the value of the hopper limit to the highest amount that you want to spit out the hopper.  Any cash outs higher than the amount you set will go to hand pay.
