I have a Fireball 3 reel machine that needs the 3rd reel adjusted to stop downward about 3/4" to line up with the pay line. Is this a mechanical or electronic adjustment ?

You might get away with loosening the thumb screw on
the front and pushing the reel up or down as needed
and then re-tightening the thumbscrew?

That's what it is there for: it's a poor fix to cover poor engineering. My Bally reels get slightly out of alignment every time they are moved through that "slow, bumpy" spin, whether during start-up, or in the test menu.
IGT just designed theirs to never get out of alignment, so there was no need to "put the screws" to the customer. Weird Eyes arrow Tongue Out Duh!
