If I'm not home, I'm at The Borgata

« on: October 29, 2008, 10:48:05 PM »

I've noticed something about some of the slot games on my GameMaker.  When the game scores a large payoff, somewhere over 300 credits, the game will start paying from the hopper, rather than just adding the credits to the meter.  Then, after paying out the correct number of tokens, the game will just sit there, kind of stuck.  You cannot play a new game, or do anything else, until the door is opened and shut.  During this time, there is no error or message on the screen, and no light on the candle.  The game just shows the last spin that occurred.

Does anyone know what adjustment controls this behavior?  I'm running the game on tokens, where each token is worth 25 credits.  Not sure if that makes a difference, but I thought I would mention it.

Thanks,
Rob

It sounds like you need to raise your Credit Meter high limit setting.  You will find it in the Configuration mode - Hopper/Credit Limits (see photos).

Depending on version of the mains, your hopper/credit limit screen may look like this.
