3.60-03 is the latest version for the WBA-11.  It will accept all the new currency except for purple 5's. That code wasn't released for the ID022/23.  You'll probably have better luck posting a wanted to buy (WTB) in the classified forum.  Here's a software information sheet for the software you're looking for.
