Does the IGT S slot have a rest button?   If so where is it located?  If not how are codes reset?

Thanks

I don't really know about the S slot but have you looked behind the power flip switch box?

Found it!  The reset switch is on the front left side in the center of the MPU board housing.  It is in the front middle of the housing, hidden between 2 of the 4 wire bundles that are also in front.

I am maybe talking out my butt here, but it sounds like you don't have a S but rather a older S+.  A picture here would clear it up.  As I recall a S has the MPU to the rear of the hopper and does not have a Mother board ( all connections to MPU are made via  molex plugs ) Older S+  MPU is mounted to left side of hopper.  Please Post Pictures

Buzz, you could be right that it is an older S+.  This is the first one of these machines that I have owned.  I will take some pics and try to upload for you to see.  There is no bill validator and I am wondering if this machine is what intermediate glass fits.

You just have a Non Imbedded S Plus, as far as being an Intermediate cabinet, that just depends on the width, they are 3" narrower than a standard wide body, so if the glass from your S-2000's are the same width, then it is a wide body, if 3" narrower than it is an intermediate, all intermediates are Non Imbedded, the wide body can be either way, Imbedded or Non Imbedded, all glass from S, S+ to S-2000 is the same width in wide body
