Your CGF simm failed its test.  Try re-seating it, and if that doesn't work clean the contacts.  If you still get the same error then it needs to be replaced.

If you try re-seating it and it doesn't work, most likely your Cg simm has a blown a Flash chip.
Also, take a pencil eraser and go over the edge contacts on both sides. This cleans corroded connectors. Do this on a static bag though.
