16th hole last night and 7 others standing around watching me hit a driver off the tee.
276 yards - Par 4.

I teed up and whammo!
Smacked the heck out of it!
That puppy went flying!
 Golf Smiley
As it came down, it hit the ground hard and bounced right up onto the green!
It rolled about 20 feet and turned slightly to the left
and came to a stop about 2 feet from the hole!

I thought my heart was gonna stop!!!
That's how close I came to an Albatross!
Otherwise known as a "Double-Eagle"
or was was it a Double Blazing 7's?  rotflmao

.......just keep practicing that line ..... when you can say it with a straight face..... you can then try it on the wife and see if she actually believes it..... rotflmao

Way to go Bunker  Clap  applause   Hail              Best I've donr this summer is a foot from the pin on a par 3    no  I'm playing 36 today in a family golf outing at Hickory Ridge. Most I ever did at Myrtle was 40 holes in a day and sat in the hot tub for a long time.

Ahhh a cuban.. Been out of those for a while.. Nothing like a good stogey and a round of golf good or bad...lol  yes

Saturday was a balmy 56 degrees at it's warmest point around 2PM in the afternoon.
No wind to speak of, I blasted the ball down the middle of the 6th fairway. Golf Smiley
As I was strolling down the fairway with my hand pullcart & clubs,
(they put away the gas/electric golf carts on NOV>1st !  frying pan frying pan)

I noticed how beautifully fresh the air was.
All I could think of was how nice it was outside and how lucky I am to take it all in.
As I struck a crisply played 9-iron up the hill 150yrds to the green -
I heard the ball hit the putting surface...
"YES! On In 2! haha!"

I gingerly lagged a 25 downhill breaking putt towards the hole...."Dang!"
It just barely missed the hole but allowed me to tap in for a Par 4. "Neat!"
I reached over and picked my ball from out of the hole, turned around and
saw two does watching me from the edge of the bushes.
I chuckled as I walked away from the green but wondering why in the world am I THIS lucky?  Scratch Head 2

If you're blessed - cherish all the good things in life...It doesn't last forever.
