Can some one tell me what error code 15 is and how to clear it?

That is not even listed in a couple of PSR that I read.
Might help if you can tell which SP (Game) and SS (Reel) chips are on the board.

I changed out coin comparator and when I restared it the machine was flashing between last pay out and credits.  Scratch Head Looked weird to me like an error code.
Sorry Jumped the gun.  muted I'll think before I jump next time. LOL  Crazy
