i have a bally e2226 5 slot that has quit working. it shows tilt and when i press the reset button, the tilt light goes out for about 1 second then back on. any suggestions as to a remedy would be greatly appreciated.    thanks  bill

the display reads  " 50.0.00" when the reset is pushed, the last zero changes briefly to 5

The 50.0.00 is the "door open" code, the 5 that flash is the last coins paid out (5).
You could have a loose or dirty connection and need to be cleaned.
Do you have the manual for this machine?

the "door open" indication is constant, even thought the circuit has been altered to show closed at all times. the second dot has not always been there. bill

It could be a bad door switch or a broken wire.
The Bally manual I can give you has all of the test
and wire diagrams.
