Hi Slottechs,

Im having problems with a bally plum crazy sltop model.
sometimes the jackpot is hit with the good reel combination.
yesterday for the second time after 6 months the jackpot hit , but only the reels shows the good combinations.
there was no sound and no display shows a jp as normal.
so we have to pay the client. hmmmmm
is there any solution or maybe a test mode how to check the reels lineup for jp?
