Have replaced the battery in the S2000 but cannot find the next step to make sure that the machine is playing correctly or coming up to play.  This is the first attempt to try to rebuild one and I'm confused.  Any help please Help

If the game works then you did it correct, if it comes up as Battery low then you did not.  If the board is not coming up first check software installed and make sure there is not a red light blinking on the MPU board.   So I guess we need more info from you?

Hello all!

Speaking of S2000 and batteries....I need to replace the green NiCad battery on my CPU board because it's leaking - does anybody now the model # of this battery and where I can get one?  Would prefer the same type - I don't want to try the battery holder thingy I've seen some talk about.  It's the battery in the pic I have circled in red....

Thanks!

mouser.com part number 672-55615303.  This is the High Capactiy NiMH replacement part being used on the newer boards.  It will last longer than the old NCad.
