Seeing how there are a bunch of these on e-bay, people may be wondering about it. This is the consolidated info from this thread I had in the MAME section.

Here is the e-bay listing that has more pictures of the unit (if it's still active). Otherwise there are some pictures in the thread above.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150457514490

Here is the general info:

1 This unit is 110V AC. The plug only has 5 wires. 3 for power and 2 for the N.O. relay contacts. See picture below.
2 This unit ony accepts singles. It will only take them face up, but either way. Only taking singles will limit the usefulness.
3 There are 4 dip switches. The first 3 are for number of pulses per dollar. The last is for relay pulse speed. See picture below for switch settings.
4 The unit has a chromed face plate with two red LEDs that flash slowly when unit is powered and ready.
5 This unit is very simple in design and easy to disassemble. There is little to go wrong with it, but don't expect to find any parts for it.

Note 1 - You need to use the ground wire on the power. Otherwise there will be a lot of AC noise that can affect some controllers like the i-pac.
Note 2 - Having the 3 pulse select switches all set to on may be used for testing or calibration. I think it is for testing as it causes the BV to cycle about once every 5 seconds. This is the only way you can get a BV cleaning sheet to feed all of the way through it. In normal mode, it gets rejected before even getting half way in. Whether or not that is what it was meant for I don't know. I ran some regular bills though it in that mode in case it was somehow used for calibration, but I doubt the unit is 'smart' enough for that. In any case, it didn't seem to hurt anything.
