Relocated the chip for the 4th reel and fixed the board  applause applause

Hey , Thanks all for the info...I might have a line on the stepper reel driver chip replacements. Will let you know after some testing.

If any one has some dud! S+ MPU boards they would like to donate to the site...I will attempt to fix them, offer them to members and donate 100% of the profit to the site. Will keep actual shipping charges and cost of purchased parts to repair. donated parts recovered from non-repairable boards will be free of charge. No labor charge.
