I Picked this up last weekend but it has no ID Tags.. Its an IGT Joker Wild Poker machine.. It does power on but that it for now.. I would like to know what model it is, and about how old it is?? I have found that the battery is just about dead, now I need to track one down. It takes a 4.5V battery thats model #523, it's a bit bigger then a AA battery..

Thanks Gary

looks like you have a fortune 1  IGT machine,  not sure about the board behind the monitor, could be the sound board, but usually they were mounted under neath the monitor shelf.

the machine will operate without the battery, its a photo type battery,  if you get a flash on the screen when turning off high voltage is good   should be a RGB monitor,the board in back of the hopper is the I/O,

push the two red circuits breakers and see if that will change anything,

hope this helps

I'll take some better pic of the inside tomorrow after work. I do have video when it's power on, but the picture looks like my HD TV when the cable signal freezes and the writing on the screen looks like it could be in Spanish.  Silly Me!

You might want to look at;

most of the repairs were made in the '90s when we still had some Fortune 1s on the casino floor...

Good luck & God bless,

its a fortune I model,  take a look at the big resistor on the back of board, it cooks -usually the first thing that dies, next on the board that dies  is the voltage regulator transistors 7405 and 7412 i think they are.
