Heh....sorry, no hints...I don't like throwing out ideas that have been in motion for months now and I don't like offering a product that's not ready for all the platforms until it is ready.  I will mention a few things though.

When I was first asked to market and support this product one of my first questions was " is this all it can do?"  And the answer was in all CAPS " NO...it can do much much more....we decided on this board because it is expandable and not a dead end board"..."but it will take time to develop".  So the decision was made based on demand to put on the first generation product with the understanding that a couple of understandings requested by me personally.  One,  software and hardware development would continue as quickly as possible and two, more importantly, current owners if the base unit would be upgraded for the cost of shipping only.  

In the end there will be three Bettor TITO products.  One, the base unit currently offered will see a price cut yet at the same time will still be fully upgradable in the future when the user is ready...it will not be a dead end board.  Two, the Deluxe series board, coming soon, will be sold at the same price as the current product.  There is some serious Wow factor that comes with this product.  Three, there will be a commercial product available that I doubt many home users will be interested in, but based on my conversations with Central and South American as well as Caribbean customers there is a good deal of interest in the BTcom product.

A final note...I have to admit that in my own collection of machines I have not added any TITOs...why?  Well for one I don't have much free time, but I guess the real reason is that if all I can do is print out tickets and move them to another machine...well I guess for me personnally there is just not enough there to get me off the fence.  But knowing what is coming....I WILL be a convert the day it happens....

Hey Jim, this may be a stupid question but....when I buy the TITO will I have to do anything different if I install a different game in the IGT I+?  Say I have Frog Prince in there now with the TITO board installed and what to put like Kenny Rodgers in will I need to do anything different to have the board recgonize the new game?

Its a good question and I will let you know after some testing.  My feeling is though that commonly those that don't want to Key chip their I-Game with every software change, they instead have a board for each game and also have a 8-pin EEprom (stores machine parameters) for each game that you replace on the back-plane board.  It's easy to change out this way.  So in other words once you set up a game board the first time, with each game change in the future you should not have to repeat the process.

Heh...really sorry Jay, but from me at least the answer will be...never.  With S2000's being so affordable and the fact that you can take most any S-Plus game and move it to a S2000 cabinet easily, seems it would be futile to try and accommodate an older platform.

I am very pleased to introduce the ever expanding Bettor TITO product line with the next generation product made by the K-Kompany called the "Bettor TITO Deluxe".  I've been proud to distribute and provide tech support for this companies product from the very beginning for a couple of reasons important to me.  One, I was told that is board and product could and would be expanded.  It is not a dead-end board with only a couple simple functions...it WAS and WILL BE expanded...this is what I was told.  Two, this product was born from NLG and without coercion the K-Kompany designated $5 a unit of its profit back to the NLG community.  This will of course continue with the Deluxe series.

And what's better than that????????

The original TITO board is forever up-gradable....and by that I mean that anyone that already bought into the original can trade up anytime....FOR FREE (pay for shipping only).  The price of the new Deluxe product will match that of the original.  

The original board's pricing is being reduced.  So I guess in my mind this is a win for everyone.  NLG continues to get ongoing support with donations.  The original buyers can be upgraded if they like free of charge (shipping only).  New buyers can decide to go with the original board at a lower cost for now if the like but with the knowledge they are not buying into a dead-end board and can expand in future.  I really appreciate the consideration that the K-Kompany took looking out for everyone with their planning.

So what the heck does it do???  It will of course maintain the great features that the original board.  It is still compatible with IGT, Williams Bluebirds, and Bally Alpha's.  But read on to see what is now added...

FEATURE #1

Your machines will be networked and accessible from the Internet.  There will be low cost wired solutions and at a slightly higher cost but more convenient, wireless solutions.  

How many of my machines can be networked to the Internet?

Good question and one of the first ones I asked also.  As few as (1) one machine and as many as (253) two-hundred and fifty-three machines.  Anyone have that many machines in their collection yet?..LOL.

Feature #2

Once your machine is connected to the Internet it opens up many possibilities.  For one, you will be able to access your machine and it's features with any device you probably already own that can access the Internet.  This includes your desktop computer, laptop, Iphone, Android based phone, and any Tablet device.

You will be allowed to customize a "page" for each of your machines in a couple of fun ways.  You will be able to name the machine AND take a picture of your machine to attach to the page so that you can easily identify each of your machines

Many of my customers and I know a lot of NLG'ers are really into seeing their machine Statistics.  It's not always fun or even productive to do it in front of the machine....but imagine being able to pull it up on your Phone or computer?  And be able to take snaps and share and compare?

With the Bettor TITO Deluxe you will be able to very conveniently pull up the following information on each of your machines in your collection the following statistics:

-  Credits currently on the Machine

-  Total amount of Money In

-  Total amount of Money Out

-  Number of Jackpots Hit
