Wms Game Titles and % Returns

I have put together a list of machines and their % returns.
Ideally for the home I think most people want the highest
percent return. Below is what I have in my games. Does
anyone have higher percentages for their machines?
Anything below 92% is less fun that I would like. 92% to
97% are ideal!  Only chip XU2 controls the percentage (but
some games require XU2 and XU3 to be "matched".)

To get the percent return for a Williams slot is pretty easy.
Just open the coin door and press the Diagnostic button
about 14 times.

This is really helpful information. I checked my 3 coin Jackpot Stampede Deluxe and found it contains a 90% . My number is 6990. Where could I get the 97% or 98% chip? Any help would be really appreciated.

i think the higher percentage firmware is more fun for
home use machines. that's why i put those stats out there,
as i figured we can all look and see what we have.
i find it interesting. 

What juristiction is your JP Stampede Deluxe? (that
info comes around automatically right after the percentage
is shown).

I just rechecked my machine and it shows 7890 for a 90%. I made an error last night. It then says Jur Stand. I assume this is the jurisdiction, maybe you could help me decipher that. With all this being said I would like to get a higher chip as this is for home use. Any information would be really helpful and appreciated.

It is short for Standard. The jurisdiction jumpers on your board are all open (no wires soldered between them).

BTW, Clay, all of my machines are 90% as well. I was beginning to think that Wms never made any higher paying chips for the Dotmations. Thanks for the post.

Thanks for  decoding! How and where can we get chips that run 97% or 98% for home users? Can anybody help?

I'm pretty sure my games were all around 90%, too.  I'll have to check next time I turn mine on.  I know all of mine must be the "standard"/Vegas jurisdiction -- I've never had to put a jumper on my board.

Dale, check with some of the vendors at the top of the page -- they may have some of the higher percentage chips available for sale.

For my IGT machines I have a number of 98.5% chips. These certainly are not the norm in vegas but occasionally you come up on those signs that say loosest-slots-in-Vegas and they advertise 98.5% payback. Which means they have like 1 machine on premise .... but the higher denomiations do exist.

and we can talk about how to do that.  but the highest percents
i know of are listed in the first post and below.  Now if you have a
machine with a higher percentage than i posted, we definately
need to talk. In particular the games with 88% really need to be
updated to a higher percentage, like Magic lamp 3 and 5 coin.

If anyone has ANY games at 94% or higher we also need to talk.
As you can see from the list below, most everything is at 92%.
Would love to find Perfect Match at a higher percentage, along
with all the "main" titles like Big Bang Piggy, Mermaid Gold,
Winning Streak, etc etc.
Jackpot Stampede Dlx at 97% is quite fun!
And so is JP Party at 96%.

Just bought some CPU boards from a guy and many of them had
EPROMs. One was a Jackpot Party, so I ran the new XU2 chip
and found it was 96% !!  wow that's WAY good.  I've been playing it,
and i would say it seems to hit a lot more than the 92% i was
using before. If anyone needs this 96% chip email me and
i can suggust a vendor to buy the chip from.

Has any one seen Mermaid Gold 3 coin at higher than 92% ?
Magic Lamp 3 coin higher than 88% ?
Perfect Match higher than 90% ?
Big Bang Piggy higher than 92% ?
