I am looking at change kits for my S2000. I believe you cant put S2000 games into an S+, but can you put S+ games into an S2000? I am looking to install a new kit into my machine. Thank you in advance.

Actually, you have it backwards. You can use S+ Game kits in S2000's but the chips for the S2000's will not work in the S+ machine.  Also, If your S2000 has back-lit reels, you will find that the S Plus reel strips are slightly to wide for them.  If you have non-back-lit reels they should fit fine.

Yes you can. They have to be compatible.  You may need a expansion board.  I was looking at software issues--commtech is correct as far as pysical hardware issues.

You had it right. You can use a S+ kit in an S2000. There's a sticky post in the S2000 section which explains how to do it: http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?topic=11690.0

I'm sorry!  I misread your post.  I thought you wrote "...CAN put S2000 games into S+,"   Duh!
