Isn't this the Hest equipment that goes in the "Sweepstakes" casinos in cafes around the US?  The same company now involved in over 20 lawsuits?  If yes, here's your chance to open your very own might-be-legal sweepstakes cafe with your own set of machines.   bust gut laughing

Rather than being from one of those phony Internet Sweepstakes slot machines, that board looks like the one a member posted a picture of here not too long ago, which was a custom MPU board made by Hest that would plug in to a modified IGT S+ machine.
