Lost power for a few minutes.  When it came back on, machine is running good but progressive is not increasing.  I am clueless on what the problem could be.
Any help would be appreciated.

If power went out for Minutes I'm not sure, but if seconds I would turn off a couple minutes and reboot.

My two cents ... unplug from the wall for a few minutes for all capacitors to clear and then plug back in and reboot.  Periodically, that happens with my TV and I literally have to unplug it to reset it.

Dear Ghetto1971,
It would be my guess that the machine/cpu/settings, somehow,  lost its' programming.  i.e.  it does not   "recognize"  that the progressive is installed.  With NO credits on the machine you may be able to reset the parameters on the machine...or  at least you  can check the parameter / settings.    I don't remember them off the top of my head...(perhaps you may have the settings)   You can get to the  machine / game  settings  by pressing the  white test button on the  cpu   till you get to   11d  (I believe)... stop and then the  display should go to  27(something)...and then scroll thru  the  settings.   There may be a  link or posting  on  NLG  for those settings  to  "enable"   the  progressive so the machine progresses.

I guess the  progressive may have lost its'   "increment"  setting....   However,   I've never seen that  happen before... There's always a first time though for anything !

Make sure in the "11d" menu your setting are still as follows

02=0004 or 0005 What ever worked for your machine (Serial Multiplex progressive interface)
07=0001  (# of external jackpots)
78LO=0001  (machine address)
