I don't have those chips to send you, so you need to post a WTB (Want To Buy)
for the SS 4079, SP 1146, a Clear chip and a Set chip (SET088/89/90/91).
One of the venders here can get you the right clear.
Once you get the chips  you then get back on here and we will walk you through one
step at a time and get you going again.

The clear will clean out the crap in the eprom on the motherboard
and you will have a clean slate to start.

Are the new chips the ones that you've been working with tonight?
The ones that you got the error code 85 for?

Yes the chip that had the 85 code is what I have in it now .  I will wait until the clear and set chip come in funny cause I ordered those before I got these. Thanks guys.

What was scary was he was turning the power on and off like crazy in the first few posts here.
I hope it didn't hurt his 16MHz MPU board.
It's not good to be flipping the power button off and on, or opening the door while the board is trying to "boot up"
and causing reel error codes such as [41], [42], or [43]

Like others, I'm going to wait until his chips come in.

When you install these chips hellzbells, make sure the notch on the chips are pointing in the same direction as the notch stenciled on the board itself.
You will see a little square notch in white etched right on the board by the chip socket.
Be very careful that you don't fold under a leg beneath the chip body when pressing the legs into the receiver sockets holes.
