I read this post http://newlifegames.net/nlg/index.php?topic=3406.0  ,and any others I could find. But I'm still not sure what I need to turn it back in to a multi denomination  Scratch Head Is this different than a S2000?

You are missing a small ribbon harness that plugs into the port just to the left of the sticker that reads "KS 06/04".  That harness goes from that port to inside that same box and plugs into the touch screen sensor board.  Assuming the board is actually there and still functional, find or build the harness and make the connection, run a Key 17 and set it up for MD play.  You will be able to change the denom by touching the reel glass where your "$1" insert is.  Typically you would want to change that out for the multi-windowed insert with different denom amounts.

You also have the option of adding a button to the hole above the max bet button, but seems like a waste given you are so close to having a touch screen version here.

It looks like a 6-pin molex.
Imprinted molding numbers from upon the molex itself will help in
determining what parts to order from places like mouser.
Either that or the exact parts listing from some part catalog number
off of an S2000 parts & specifications sheet would work too!
It would be a cinch to construct!
10 - 15 minute job.
