Mine don't fall out.  here's a pic of the type.  I'm sure Jim at Blueridge has the complete assembly.

Thanks,
Wayne

If something is not right with the machine, contact the vendor you got it from. If you got it from CL or Ebay then you should get ahold of Blueridge.

Staz,
There's four little nuts behind that bracket....are they tight?
They hold a thin metal plate against the glass.
When tightened properly, the panel should not be loose!

The panel should sit snug in the the track and never feel like it is going to fall!

The I View panels don't usually have the center latch assembly either in the machine or on the panel.  If Staz changes it to a regular one like I showed, then he can install the latch and it will not fall out.

Thanks,
Wayne

I think i see your problem -   Look at mine - the faceplate that the glass sits on locks into this assembly.   To remove the glass you have to stick your finger in there from underneath and press the latch to release it.  It looks like your latch is missing.

The second picture above is the glass with the bracket on it.

Here's a picture all together.

Not wanting to sound repetitive. I think you should check with Blueridge.  You already received my answer via email.  Someone else may have it if you post a WTB in the classifieds.
Thanks,

The problem your are having is related to the fact that the original gold cover plate and machine was one of the few that came from Wynn.  They use the large LCD touch screens as part of their player tracking.  Of course all of that equipment was stripped out of the machine before it left the casino.  My treatment on all of these cover plates was to use a gold or silver chrome finished film over a plexi-glass panel and then affixed to the back so you got a nice clean look however in this particular case I did not like the large open panel of about 7 1/2" wide and 5" high.  So instead I bought you another standard gold chrome panel with just the card reader and button panel openings because I knew it looked much better and then just rigged the bracket behind so it would hold.  Looked good in the shop but my rigging must of shook loose from transport.  Sorry I could not call you back yesterday, I just had too many things going on at once.  Send back the bracket and panel and I will take care it or you can have the original one from Wynn if you want it but I don't recommend it.  Jim.

I have that bracket. Just scrapped 2 bally 6000 R/T  Gold Cabinets. I installed one in my Monte as well but I have one left.

There are a few versions of the bracket out there depending on the player tracking set up.  If you have the type that has the center bottom clip that would be helpful to the original poster and I would like to pick it up from you to help him out.  Please PM information and pricing.  Thanks. Jim.
