Hello all,

After having to deal with both IGT and WMS recently on games and support i would chose IGT over WMS any day!!! I should not have to beg for support on games that i just purchased. This will affect my outlook on purchasing games from now on. Thanks IGT.

Good support builds a loyal following.

I know that everytime I have had to use Cisco Smart Net that I will get a good answer fast.
Compare that to Microsoft and even if you pay full bore for your support incidents it could be months before you ever get resolution to a serious incident.

I agree! at this point i would go into the hole giving away promos to play other games than give the business to WMS.
